My joints don’t hurt! I have just started a job that is physically demanding and my body is not complaining: tired, yes but not aching or sore. I have been giving my eleven year old dog his dose twice a day. We are walking around the neighborhood, excuse me he is dragging me around the neighborhood like he used to. I think he is feeling physically better too.

Such a healthy oil–and shipped very quickly so I can keep it refrigerated. My favorite recipe? Mix Udo’s oil with fresh lemon juice (to taste) and finely chopped fresh garlic, a dash of Furikake (or roasted sesame seeds) a little sea salt and pepper. Shake and store refrigerated in jar. I use it daily for salads and highly recommend this seller.

The benefits of this oil is almost never ending. I have used it for one problem, stopped, & then begun again for a different problem. I can see myself using Udo’s for the rest of my life. Interior hydration is proving essential for so many of my problems (psoriasis, menopause, arithitis).

I really like this stuff. It has a nutty flavor which is very easy to get used to, and very easy to swallow when taken on it’s own once you get used to the nuttiness of the taste. I started adding 3 – 4 Tbsp to my protein shake which I take once or twice a day, and you don’t even taste it that way. although I didn’t notice any difference in recuperation or running speed or endurance, I’ll certainly buy it again, as it provides essential fats that I don’t get in my diet otherwise. The quart sized bottle lasted me about a month, too. It is a bit pricey, so I’ll have to wait until next month to get some more, but Amazon does seem to have the best price for this that I was able to find.

I’ve been using Udo’s 3,6,9 Blend for several months now. It has definetely helped me with soreness after workouts as well as stamina while I’m working out. I love this oil ! I seem to be sleeping better and my mood sure seems better. I have stiffness in my knees at times and this also has lessened the severity of that soreness. Great product. I would recommend to anyone who is serious about their health.
