I have lactose intolerance, complex carbohydrate intolerance,IBS, and PCOS – all of which wreak havoc on my gut. I had my first IBS attackwhen I was about 19 and I swear I thought I was dying. Didn’t have anotherattack until my mid-20’s, but from then until I turned 30 they continually forworse – both in terms of severity and duration.
I had reached my wit’s end, soI started researching natural ways to ease my digestive issues. I’d been doingwell using papaya enzyme and peppermint oil, but they only help the symptoms ofyou catch them very early on, and even then I was still having attacks, theywere just minor.
